1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, creating an account, placing an order, or commissioning artwork, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Custom Framing & Artwork Specifications

Since custom photo framing, canvas printing, lamination, and commission painting are personalized to individual specifications:

• Customer-Provided Media: You represent that you own the copyright or have permission to print any photos, digital files, or documents uploaded or submitted to us. We reserve the right to refuse service for any content that violates intellectual property laws, or is deemed offensive or inappropriate.
• Material Variation: Small differences in color tones, wood grains, and mouldings may occur due to natural wood properties, screen calibration differences, or material batches. These variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.
• Size & Fit: Orders are crafted based on dimensions specified by you or measured in our physical gallery. Please double-check digital cropping and sizing choices before final checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment Policies

Prices for our services are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be made in full or via an agreed-upon deposit (minimum 50% for high-value orders) before custom framing, printing, or commission painting work begins.
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, cash, and bank transfers. All transactions are securely processed.

4. Production Lead Times & Pickups

We take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, which takes time:

• Standard orders are typically completed within 2 to 4 business days. High-volume, large-scale gallery walls, or complex hand-drawn portraits may take longer, as communicated during booking.
• Customers will receive a notification (SMS, email, or WhatsApp) when their order is ready for pickup or shipping.
• Items left uncollected at our gallery for more than 90 days after notification may be subject to storage fees or disposal, unless prior arrangements are made.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care of original artworks, physical photographs, and heirlooms submitted for framing,Siddhi Lamination & Frame Shop is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, sentimental value) to client items caused by events beyond our reasonable control (fire, natural disaster, shipping carrier transit damage, etc.). Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the framing service purchased.
